OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of Qiliqiangxin capsules on left cardiac function and inflammatory cytokines level in patients with heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy .METGHODS:76 patients with heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy admitted into Shangqiu the First People 's Hospital from Feb .2015 to Jan .2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 38 cases in each .The control group were given conventional heart failure treatment , while the observation group additionally received Qiliqiangxin capsules based on the control group , the treatment course was 3 months.The level of NT-proBNP, TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP and 6-min walk distance and changes of echocardiographic indexes of two groups were observed before and after treatment .RESULTS: Before treatment , there was no statistical significance between two groups in the level of NT-proBNP, TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP ( P >0.05).After treatment, the level of NT-proBNP, TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP in observation group decreased significantly , and the level of NT-proBNP,TNF-α,IL-6 in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group after treatment , with statistically significant difference (P0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血清NT-proBNP、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平明显低于本组治疗前,且血清NT-proBNP、TNF-α、IL-6水平明显低于对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者6 min步行距离明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者左心室舒张末内径、左心室收缩末内径明显低于对照组,心搏出量、左心室射血分数明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:芪苈强心胶囊用于缺血性心肌病心力衰竭,可明显降低患者血清NT-proBNP、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平,有效改善左心功能.
