装载机中梁架新结构研究及应用

         

摘要

The middle girder frame of loader is rectangular structure, and the main force position is on the middle line of the middle girder frame. With the diversification of the application of this model, the working conditions are getting worse and worse. The beam frame in unstable rectangular structure begins to crack in the middle part after a long time of use, then the crack expands rapidly until the structure fails, which has a direct impact on the use of the whole machine. This paper mainly studies the middle girder frame of loader and puts forward an external eightcharacter structure to further improve the bearing capacity of the middle girder frame. The test results show that the structure of the external eight girders is stable and can be applied in batches.tailed design.%装载机中梁架呈矩形结构,主要受力部位在中梁架分中线上,且受力数值变化很大,力方向频繁变化.随着该机型细分市场的应用多样化,作业工况越来越恶劣,不稳定的矩形结构中梁架,在较长时间使用后,中间部位开始出现裂纹,随后裂纹快速扩大,直至结构失效,对整机的使用造成直接影响.本文主要研究装载机中梁架,提出一种外八字结构,进一步提高中梁架承载能力.试验验证结果表明,外八字中梁架结构稳定,可批量推广应用.
