This paper introduces the process of solving the alarm problem in the tightening process of a certain engine connecting rod bolt, according to the Seven-diamond method, the potential factors for the alarm of the connecting rod bolt tightening machine by Torque-Angle control are analyzed, and term by term troubleshooting, finally found the root cause of the problem and the solutions, the process of solving this problem provides solutions and experience for solving similar problems.%通过介绍某款发动机连杆螺栓拧紧机拧紧过程中报警问题的解决过程,按照七钻法简单分析了使用扭矩-角度控制法导致连杆螺栓拧紧机报警的各方面潜在因素,并逐步排查,最终找到问题的根本原因及解决方案,为后续解决类似问题提供解决思路及经验.
