石油勘探技术服务企业质量管理(测量)的实践与探索

             

摘要

本文结合东方地球物理公司长庆物探处近几年来质量管理的实际情况,阐述了如何以全面质量管理为基础、以过程控制为纽带、以标杆管理为推手,持续推进班组的QC活动与创新。引入杜邦理念、风险管理理念、标杆管理理念等,加强对质量的线性化、扁平化管理,激发各级组织及员工对质量管理的潜能,促进质量管理有序地发展。%According to the years of quality management experiences of Eastern geophysical exploration company Changqing geophysical department, this paper elaborated how to take the total quality management as the basis, take the process control as the link, and take the henchmarking management as the pusher, to promote the team and group QC activity and innovation continually. The introduction of DuPont concept, risk management philosophy, benchmarking management concept, can strengthen the quality management, and can arouse the potential of all levels of the staff on the quality management, then promote quality management and orderly development.
