离心压气机增效扩稳技术研究及高海拔应用

         

摘要

ObjectiveTo provide a new method to improve the aerodynamic performance of centrifugal compressor at high altitude.Methods This paper enumerated the technologies of bowed/swept blade and casing treatment, illustrated the principle of enhancing the efficiency and enlarging the stable working range of centrifugal compressor, and made a comparative analysis on the aerodynamic performance of the original impeller and the swept-blade impeller under the altitude of 5500 m.Results Compared with the original impeller, the pressure ratio of the optimized impeller could be increased by 3.09% at most. The effi-ciency could be increased by 0.71%. The flow loss in the impeller runner was reduced. And the aerodynamic performance of the impeller at high altitude was improved.Conclusion It still has some guiding for the researching on the application of the casing treatment for centrifugal compressor at high altitude.%目的 为提高离心压气机高海拔气动性能提供新的研究方法.方法 分析叶片弯/掠造型及机匣处理两种压气机增效扩稳的技术及机理,并采用数值模拟的方法对比分析了海拔5500 m条件下原型叶轮及采用叶片前掠叶轮的气动性能.结果 相比于原型叶轮,采用前掠叶型的压比最多可提高3.09%,效率可提高0.71%,叶轮流道内流动损失减小,叶轮高海拔气动性能得到了提升.结论 对低雷诺数下离心压气机机匣处理结构的应用有一定的指导作用.
