在了解苏北环境经济发展现状的基础上,综合运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型分析研究2000~2014年苏北地区生态环境系统与经济系统的协调发展水平.研究得出苏北地区环境与经济协调发展呈现由失调衰退经济极度滞后型-过渡协调经济比较滞后型-低度协调环境滞后型-良好协调环境滞后型的演化轨迹.苏北地区的环境经济总体到达优质协调,但环境发展水平落后于经济发展水平.%On the basis of understanding the situation of the environment and economic development of North Jiangsu, we used entropy method and the coupling coordination degree model to analyze the level of the coordinated development of the region's ecological environment system and economy in North Jiangsu during 2000~2014. It is concluded that the degree of environment and economy coordinated development in north jiangsu presented from imbalance decline of economic extremely lag to coordinated transition economy lags behindto low-grade coordination environment lag and finally to good coordination environment lag type of evolution. On the whole, the economic and environment in North Jiangsu has reached the high quality coordinated development level, but the environment lags behind the level of economic development.
