铅蓄电池行业作为铅污染物排放大户,必须严格控制污染物排放,而控制大气污染物的排放浓度和排放总量是实现这一目标的重要保证.即将实施的《江苏省铅蓄电池工业大气污染物排放标准》拟从排放总量和排放浓度2方面设计铅蓄电池行业的大气污染物控制指标,该标准规定了铅及其化合物、酸雾以及颗粒物经排气筒有组织排放和厂界环境中的最高允许排放浓度(mg/m3)作为排放指标.通过对比分析国内外铅蓄电池行业的大气污染物排放标准,结合国家有关要求和江苏省铅蓄电池行业的自身情况,分析计算出铅蓄电池行业大气污染物的各因子浓度限值.%As the important lead pollution emitters, Lead battery industry must be strictly controlled pollutants, the total emission control and pollutants concentration control was the mostimportant guarantee of achieving this goal. The"lead battery industrial air pollutants emission standards in jiangsu province"was designed from two aspects of emissions and the emission concentration of atmospheric pollutants control index of lead battery industry. The prescribed standards of lead and its compounds, acid mist and particles through the vent set emissions and plant community environment the maximum allowable emission concentration(mg/m3) as emissions targets. Through comparative analysis of air pollutants emission standards of the lead battery industry at home and abroad, and combined with the situation of the lead battery industry in jiangsu province, the factors of atmospheric pollutants concentration limit lead battery industryare analyzed and acculated.
