生态-生产-生活功能协调的长江岸线资源开发与管理

摘要

As the resources basis for regional development along the Yangtze River, there are diverse problems in the exploi- tation of Yangtze River resources. With a view towards reasonable and efficient exploitation of resources, the conditions of resources are analyzed and evaluate by 3S technology, comprehensive analysis, limiting factor method. From the perspectives of ex- ploration situation, existing problems and developmental trends, three main functions of resources exploitation in the future were determined ： to meet the needs for ecological protection, to boost the living standard and to enhance the three functions of ecology, production and life. This paper also puts forward the exploitation mode of coordinating ecology, production and life and furthermore proposes the planning and management of Wanjiang shoreline resources exploitation and tries to provide the scientific guideline for its reasonable exploitation.%长江岸线作为沿江区域开发的依托资源，在开发利用中存在诸多问题。以实现安徽长江岸线资源的合理、高效开发为目的，应用3S技术、综合分析法、限制因素法，分析评价岸线资源条件，并从开发现状、存在问题以及开发方向入手，确定今后长江岸线开发的三大主体功能：满足生态保护、提高生活质量、提升沿岸生产能力的生态、生产和生活三大功能，提出“生态-生产-生活”功能协调的长江岸线资源开发模式，并进一步提出皖江岸线资源开发规划管理建议，试图为皖江岸线资源合理开发利用提供科学依据。
