医疗废弃物治理管控中人力资源成本的核算研究

     

摘要

The traditional human resource cost accounting model can not effectively save human resource development costs and make full use of human resources in the environmental pollution control of medical waste. To solve this problem, this paper analyzes the problems existing in medical waste disposal, and puts forward countermeasures. Through accounting human resource cost, the cost structure and comprehensive analysis of output, the study establishes a new model of human resource cost analysis model. Based on simulation of medical waste environmental pollution treatment environment, design simulation, comparative test results show that the model can save the cost of human resources, and ensure the efficient use of human resources.%传统人力资源成本核算模式,在医疗废物环境污染控制中,不能有效节约人力资源开发成本,使人力资源得到充分利用.针对此问题,分析医疗废物处理中存在的问题,提出解决对策;通过核算人力资源成本、对成本结构及产出综合分析,建立一种新型人力资源成本分析模型.模拟医疗废物环境污染处理环境,设计仿真对比试验结果表明,该模型可以节约人力资源使用成本,保障人力资源的高效利用.
