Luminescent bacteria and BrachydaniorerioHamilto-Buchanan were used to evaluate the acute toxicity for pro-duced water and waste drilling fluid in shale gas operation and the corresponding value were EC50and LC50,respectively. The re-sults illuminated that the LC50for three of these produced water during 96h were more than 10 000 mg/L,the corresponding EC50 were higher than 9 000 mg/L. The 96hLC50for three waster drilling mud were 121 060 mg/L,116 681 mg/L,123 880 mg/L, while the EC50were less than the critical value of 10 000 mg/L,which indicated that waste drilling fluid was more deleterious than produced water for environment.%采用发光细菌生物毒性评价法和鱼类急性毒性评价法,对页岩气采出水和废弃钻井泥浆进行毒性评价,结果表明:三种采出水对斑马鱼的96 hLC50值分别为大于10000 mg/L;对发光细菌的EC50值分别为9000 mg/L以上;三种废弃钻井泥浆水溶液对斑马鱼的96 hLC50值分别为121060 mg/L、116681 mg/L、123880 mg/L;对发光细菌的EC50值都在在10000 mg/L的临界值以下,废弃钻井泥浆对环境危害大于采出水.
