流动注射法测定水中总磷的研究

摘要

应用LACHAT QC8500型分析仪,对流动注射测定总磷的方法进行了质量控制项目的研究.该方法测定范围0.05～1.0 mg/L,检出限0.001 mg/L.实验证明:该方法具有分析速度快、精密度和准确度高等优点,适用于水中总磷实验室连续测定.%The quality control project of determination of total phosphorus in water by flow injection analysis was researched with LACHAT QC850O analyzer. The measuring range was 0. 05-1. 0 mg/L, detection limit was 0. 001 mg/L. The results testified that the method is a rapid analysis with advantages of high precision and accuracy, and is suitable for continuous determination in laboratory of total phosphorus in water.
