垃圾渗沥液纳滤浓缩液减量化的研究

摘要

We introduced the advantages and disadvantages of the existing treatment technologies for concentrated liquor from leachate by nanofiltration,and studied the technology of concentrated liquor reduction.The equipment used for the material of membrane is mature in this study.Meanwhile,the variables are less in the operation,and the integrated equipment has high automatic control and stable running process.As to a refractory substance,COD has an obvious removal effect.After nanofdtration treatment,the eflluent can reach the standard.In the process,the equipment is relatively less and the integration is high.Thus,the area was greatly saved.At the same time,the operation expense was reduced to only 3～4 yuan per ton.%介绍了现有垃圾渗沥液纳滤浓缩液处理方法的优缺点,并进行了浓缩减量化处理工艺的研究.提出的减量化物料膜工艺采用较为成熟的膜处理设备,运行过程中控制变量较少,且为集成设备自控程度高,实际运行过程稳定;对于难降解COD去除效果明显,出水再经纳滤处理可实现达标排放;设备较少且集成度高,节约了现场用地空间;吨浓缩液处理成本仅3～4元,大大降低了运营费用.
