企业环境信用评价是将企业的主要环境行为以直观明了的形式向社会公开的一种社会监督手段.青岛市自2013年起,每年开展企业环境信用评价工作,研究人员根据每年参评企业数量、行业等不同,逐年对评价指标体系进行修改完善,力求评价结果客观准确反映企业的年度环境行为.评价结果每年以研究报告的形式对全社会公布,保障了公众环境知情权和参与权.文章以青岛市2016年企业环境信用评价体系完善与应用研究内容为基础,梳理了以往年度评价指标体系的存在的问题,从评价指标体系设计、评价信息收集平台建设、评价结果应用等方面对其进行了优化完善,分析了评价结果带来的政策启示,为评价结果应用提出了建议.%Corporate environmental credit evaluation is a means of social supervision of the main environmental behaviors of enterprises in a straightforward form to the public. Annual implementation of corporate environmental credit evaluation in Qingdao City began in 2013. According to the differences of the number of the enterprises and industrial sectors participating in the evaluation, the evaluation indicator system was improved year by year so as to objectively reflect the corporate annual environmental behaviors in a correct way. The annual evaluation results were in the form of research reports EPA announced to the whole society to protect the public environment, the right to know and participation, and encourage enterprises to continuously improve environmental behavior, and continuously improve the corporate environmental credit. In this paper, on the basis of the research content of improvement and application of the corporate environment credit evaluation system in Qingdao in 2016, the existing problems of the evaluation indicator system in the past years were pointed out. Furthermore, the evaluation system was optimized from the aspects of indicator system design, evaluation information collection platform construction and evaluation result application, providing suggestions for application of the evaluation results.
