组合填料对氮磷的吸附性能研究

     

摘要

以凹凸棒土、稻壳炭为主要研究对象,通过凹凸棒土与凹凸棒土、稻壳炭与稻壳炭、凹凸棒土与稻壳炭3种不同的填料组合进行对氮磷的吸附试验,对比不同组合对氮磷的吸附效率,研究其各自的吸附特性.结果表明,凹凸棒土对磷的吸附效率比较高,且去除率随浓度的提高逐渐增加,稻壳炭对氮的吸附效果比较好,且去除率随浓度的提高逐渐减弱,凹凸棒土与稻壳炭的组合虽然与单一吸附剂相比,N、P去除率略有下降,但是氮磷同步去除率提高.在动态吸附实验中,稻壳碳凹凸棒土组合填料在低中高3种浓度下对氨氮的去除效果随着运行时间的增加稳步上升,对磷酸根的去除效果随着运行时间的增加逐渐下降,且在4h后达到吸附平衡.%Attapulgite and rice husk carbon were selected to form such three different combination packings as attapulgite and attapulgite, rice husk carbon and rice husk carbon, attapulgite and rice husk carbon for study of the adsorption efficiency and properties of nitrogen and phosphorus. The results showed that the adsorption efficiency of phosphorus was relatively higher by the attapulgite, and the removal efficiency was improved with the increase of concentration. Rice husk carbon had a better adsorption of nitrogen, and the removal efficiency decreased with the increase of concentration. In comparison with the adsorbent alone, the removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus decreased slightly by the combination packing of attapulgite and rice husk carbon, but the synchronization removal efficiency was improved. In the dynamic adsorption experiments, the removal effect of ammonia nitrogen by the combination packing of rice husk carbon and attapulgite increased steadily at low, moderate and high concentration with the time running, but the removal efficiency of phosphate decreased gradually with the time running and reached to the adsorption equilibrium after 4 hours.
