介绍了目前最广泛应用的PCR—DGGE技术的基本原理、操作步骤、优缺点以及未来该技术的发展方向等。由于与传统微生物分离技术相比具有明显的优越性，该技术在分析A—A-O处理工艺中微生物的群落结构中得到了广泛的应用，并取得了较好的试验结果。%The paper made a detailed introduction to PCR-DGGE technology which as the most widely applications of molecular biology techniques,including： basic principles,operation steps, advantages and disadvantages,and future technology development direction. Compared with traditional microbial separation technology, the technology has obvious advantages,which has been widely applied in analyzing the structure of microbial communities in the A-A-O treatment process, and obtain a good result.
