黄酒糟对活性艳红和亚甲基蓝的吸附性能

         

摘要

采用黄酒糟对模拟染料废水中的活性艳红和亚甲基蓝进行吸附.在染料初始质量浓度100 mg/L、黄酒糟加入量10 g/L、吸附时间2 h的条件下,当活性艳红废水初始pH 为2.0 ~10.0 时,黄酒糟对活性艳红的吸附率为94.0% ~95.7%;当亚甲基蓝废水初始pH 为11.0 ~12.0 时,黄酒糟对亚甲基蓝的吸附率约为90.6%.动力学研究表明,黄酒糟对染料的吸附过程符合拟二级动力学方程.使用Langmuir 和Redlich-Peterson 吸附方程可较好地拟合黄酒糟对两种染料的吸附,活性艳红的饱和吸附量为49.1 mg/g,亚甲基蓝的饱和吸附量为7.85 mg/g.%Reactive brilliant red and methylene blue in the simulated dye wastewater were adsorbed using rice wine lees. Under the conditions of initial dye mass concentration 100 mg/L, adsorbent dosage 10 g/L and adsorption time 2 h, the adsorption rate of reactive brilliant red is 94. 0% -95. 7% when the initial pH of the reactive brilliant red wastewater is 2. 0 - 10. 0, and the adsorption rate of methylene blue is about 90. 6% when the initial pH of the methylene blue wastewater is 11.0-12.0. The kinetics study results indicate that the adsorptions of dyes on rice wine lees accord with the pseudo-second-order kinetics equation. Langmuir model and Redlich-Peterson isotherm model can fitly describe the two adsorptions. The saturated adsorption capacity to reactive brilliant red is 49. 1 mg/g and that to methylene blue is 7. 85 mg/g.
