中国企业国际采购发展阶段的探索性实证研究

摘要

Based on the international sourcing development stages model for Chinese enterprises （Zhou, Liu and Jia, 2011 ）, this paper states the status of international sourcing benefits, challenges and capability of Chinese enterprises, judges the international sourcing development stages of Chinese enterprises in accordance with their behaviors on above three dimensions and confirms stage characters proposed by Chine：se enterprises international sourcing stages model. The paper＇ s methodology is a kind of positivism based on pragmatic world view. Therefore, the mixed approaches of survey and case study are applied to this research. To the limitation of the words numbers of the paper to be published, the writing tactic is to summarize the empirical study methods briefly and to report the conclusions in more details.%本文采取调查研究和案例研究的定量和定性混合研究方法，依据中国企业国际采购发展阶段的概念性模型，描述了中国企业国际采购能获得的利益、中国企业国际采购遇到的挑战、中国企业国际采购能力建设的状况；依据企业在上述维度上的表现对中国企业国际采购的发展阶段作出判断；验证了国际采购不同发展阶段的中国企业在上述三个维度上的阶段特征。
