试论新时期企业文化的构建

摘要

The system of market economy in our country is still at the stage that needs to be perfected and developed.Meanwhile,the construction of modern industrial and commerce civilization is also ongoing.Based on the national conditions in our country,this paper starts with differentiating and analyzing company systems and then starts discussion.The paper proposes to take path of ＂knowledge organization＂ and come up with the ideas of strengthening system construction on micro level,maintaining legal environment,reflecting labors＇ rights and interests,cultivating spirit roots.Furthermore,the paper elaborates the views of implementing the above mentioned ideas and the path of building enterprise culture.%我国的市场经济体制仍处于有待健全、发展的阶段,建设现代化的工商文明同样属于＂正在进行时＂。基于我国国情、本文从辨析公司制度展开讨论,提出走＂知识组织＂之路,以及在微观层面上强化制度建设、维护法制环境、体现劳工权益、培植精神根基等设想,并就实施上述设想,建设企业文化的路径阐述了看法。
