家族企业女性代际传承问题研究

         

摘要

With the advent of the family enterprise succession, the female who are regarded as the inheritors of family enterprises have been focused on greatly. On the basis of researches of the domestic and foreign scholars and the survey of 127 family enter- prises in Zhejiang province, taking geographic culture and feminine characteristics as the master line and starting from con- tradictions between inheritors and stakeholders, this paper discussed roles, invisibilities and leadership styles of the family firm females. Through analyzing the influential factors of the female in the succession of family enterprises, it proposed the future way of inheritance of women of family enterprises.%随着家族企业代际传承时代的到来,女性作为传承人已经成为家族企业不得不关注的问题。本文在综合国内外学者研究及对浙江省112家家族企业调查的基础上,结合地缘文化和女性特点,以代际传承过程的演进阶段为主线,从传承人自身及与利益相关者之间的矛盾出发,对家族企业女性在传承中可能面临的角色定位、隐形化、领导风格等方面的问题进行探讨。通过分析女性在未来家族企业代际传承的影响因素,提出了家族企业女性未来代际传承方式。
