新形势下我国离岸金融市场的风险及监管

With the acceleration of the process of internationalization of RMB, the offshore financial market in China will enter a new period of development i n the near future.Offshore financial business itself contains a variety of risk s,and under certain conditions,it is easy for these risks to transform and tra nsfer.Therefore,in order to ensure the healthy and orderly development of the offshore markets,it is necessary to pay great attention to risk control.This p aper aims to analyze the risks confronted with the offshore financial market in China and their influences,and to put forward the suggestions of supervision ma inly from the perspectives of the government and financial authorities.%由于人民币国际化进程的加快,未来我国离岸金融市场将步入一个新的发展时期。离岸金融业务本身蕴含着多种风险,且在一定条件下这些风险易于转化和转移。因此,对于风险的控制要加以重视,以保证离岸市场健康有序地发展。本文分析了我国离岸金融市场面临的风险及其影响,并主要从政府和金融当局层面提出了监管建议。
