基于SOA和GIS的矿区土地复垦信息系统设计

摘要

针对现有矿区土地复垦管理系统普遍采用文本＋图件管理模式的不足，以ArcGIS为基础，采用B／S模式，基于SOA建构，完成系统的总体设计、数据库设计，建立复垦规划数据库和矿区地理空间信息数据库，综合利用Sil‐verlight与GIS技术，自主开发皖北煤电集团土地复垦信息系统，在地图界面下实现矿区土地复垦规划信息的可视化管理，为矿区土地复垦规划科学决策、试验示范和推广应用提供信息支撑。%Aiming at the disadvantages of existing Land Reclamation Management System commonly used the management mode of text + maps ,it develops a Land Reclamation Information and Management System for Wanbei Coal Group using Silverlight and GIS synthetically based on ArcGIS ,B/S model and SOA .It completes the overall system design and database design ,by establishing a mine reclamation planning database and a geospatial information database .T he system realizes visual management of land reclamation planning information ,and provides an information support for scientific decision of land reclamation ,experiment demonstration and application promotion .
