防火铝塑复合板芯层挤出成型工艺研究

             

摘要

Based on the extruding process difficulties of the core of flame retardant aluminum/plastics plate,the key parts of equipment were introduced.The extruding and molding equipment was applied to the highly filled polyethylene flame retardant aluminum/plastics plate (aluminum hydroxide filling ratio is 70wt%).The technology in this processing line was studied.The results show that by using the equipment,the energy consumption and the cost of raw material are lower than the traditional machines,thus has a bright prospect of expansion.%结合防火铝塑复合板芯层挤出工艺的技术难点,对其设备的关键部分进行了介绍。将该设备用于高填充(氢氧化铝填充比为70%)聚乙烯防火铝塑板芯层板材的挤出成型,对其工艺进行了研究。结果表明,该套设备的能耗及原料成本较低,具有良好的推广前景。
