某型电机上盖注射成型工艺参数优化

             

摘要

According to the warping phenomenon of a certain type of motor cover in forming process,the injection molding simulation software of Moldflow was used to simulate the injection molding of the part,and the warping effect,volume shrinkage and shrinkage mark effect ware predicted by simulation,then,the orthogonal test,range analysis and comprehensive scoring method were combined to optimize the injection molding process parameters. By the optimization of parameters a better parameter combination could be obtained,the result shows that under the better parameter combination,the comprehensive quality of the motor cover is better,the melt temperature has the greatest impact on the comprehensive score.%针对某型电机上盖在注射成型过程中的参数优化问题,利用Moldflow注塑仿真软件建立注塑方案模型,对电机上盖进行注塑仿真,预测其翘曲、体积收缩以及缩痕效果,并结合正交试验、极差分析和综合评分方法对电机上盖注塑工艺参数进行优化.通过参数优化,得出一组较优参数组合,在该组合参数条件下,电机上盖成型综合质量较好,其中,熔体温度对综合评分影响最大.
