多向抽芯轮椅扶手后托架注塑模具设计

         

摘要

According to the characteristics of injection molding process for the rear bracket of wheelchair with four holes or grooves,the overall design scheme of injection mold was determined,and an injection mold with multi direction side core pulling was designed. The mold structure was designed by UG software,and the position of the best gate was determined by running flow analysis. The layout of one module and two cavities was determined,and the side core-pulling mechanism of the three-angle pin to form the outer hole or groove structure was adopted. The slider insert with an included angle was designed,and the automatic demoulding of the castable was realized. The layout of the cavity is reasonable and the cost is reduced,which have good economic benefits.%针对外侧具有四向孔槽结构的轮椅扶手后托架的成型工艺特点,确定了注塑模具的整体设计方案,设计了一种多向侧抽芯的注塑模具.运用UG软件进行了模具结构设计,并通过运行流分析确定了最佳浇口的位置.模具选用1模2腔、点浇口的型腔布局形式,采用三向斜导柱侧抽芯机构成型塑料件外侧孔槽结构,设计了带夹角的滑块镶件,实现了浇注凝料的自动脱模.通过合理的型腔布局,降低了模具制造成本,具有良好的经济效益.
