汽车中央装饰件顺序阀热流道二次顶出注塑模设计

         

摘要

针对汽车仪表板中央装饰件结构特点和以前模具在注射成型过程中存在的熔接痕、填充不足、表面发光缺陷、斜顶与成型塑件加强筋干涉及成型塑件粘定模等问题,对汽车仪表板中央装饰件模具结构做了优化设计,浇注系统采用了顺序阀热流道技术,脱模系统增加了杠杆式二次顶出结构,同时在动模增加了加强筋和倒扣纹.改良后的模具运行安全平稳,成型塑件的表面质量和尺寸精度均达到了要求,成型周期降低了约15%,锁模力减小了20%,大大提高了劳动生产率.%According to the structure characteristics of automobile dashboard centerpiece and the problems such as weld mark, insufficient filling,surface luminescence,interference between the inclined roof and stiffener, and molding parts adhered to the fixed model cavity occured in the previous injection molding process,the mould structure was optimized. The sequential valve hot runner technology was used in the gating system,secondary ejection structure was applied to the ejection system,while the reinforcing die and reinforcing strip were added to the dynamic mould. The modified injection mold runs safely and smoothly,the surface quality and the size accuracy of the molded parts can reach the design requirements. The labor productivity is increased by about 15%,the clamping force is reduced by 20%,which proved that the labor productivity is greatly improved.
