基于Moldflow的PUR车轮注塑工艺参数优化

             

摘要

以某聚氨酯(PUR)车轮为研究对象,设计了1摸5腔的注塑系统,其布置方式采用平衡式布置.以注射温度、摸具温度、注塑时间、保压压力、保压时间为影响因素,确定了5因素4水平的正交试验方案.结果表明,各因素对制件质量的影响能力为注射温度>注塑时间>摸具温度>保压时间>保压压力,其中注射温度和注塑时间对塑料件的质量影响最大.根据正交试验分析的结果可知:最优的注塑工艺参数是注射温度175℃,摸具温度40℃,注塑时间30.8 s,保压压力50 MPa,保压时间16 s.经过后期的加工及检测验证结果表明,优化后的塑料件翘曲变形量为0.2404 mm,完全满足并符合实际工艺需求.%A mold and five cavity injection molding system was designed by a polyurethane(PUR) wheel as the research object. It is arranged in a balanced manner. The orthogonal experiment scheme offive factors and four levels was established by the injec-tion temperature,the mold temperature,the injection time,the holding pressure and the holding time as the influential factors. Test results show that:the factors that affect the quality of the workpiece quality injection temperature >injection time >mold temperature >holding time >holding pressure. The injection temperature and injection time have the greatest influence on the quality of the plas-tic parts. The results of orthogonal experimental is:the optimum injection molding process parameters is the injection temperature 175℃,mold temperature 40℃,injection time 30.8 s, packing pressure 50 MPa,compress time 16 s. Processing and testing verifi-cation results show that the optimal warpage deformation is 0.2404 mm,in line with the actual process needs.
