用微波加热的方法对镁碳砖进行热处理,研究其对镁碳砖常温耐压强度、高温抗折强度、抗渣性等的影响。结果表明:微波对镁碳砖进行热处理可以在较低的温度、较短的时间内获得砖坯强度,改善镁碳砖的显微结构和宏观性能。在实验范围内微波加热的最佳工艺条件为微波输出功率700W、热处理时间10min。%Magnesia-carbon brick was heat-treatmented by microwave to study its influence on cold crushing strength, hot modulus of rupture and slag corrosion resistance of magnesia carbon brick.The results show that Magnesia carbon brick has higher strength, better microstructure and macro-proper-ties under lower temperature and shorter time by microwave heat treatment.The optimal technical con-dition of the test range is microwave output power 700W, heat treatment time 10min.
