浅议如何做好煤矿土建工程造价控制

摘要

在煤矿建设过程中，存在决算超预算、预算超决算及概算超估算的现象，对煤炭建设发展不利。介绍了煤矿土建工程的工程造价中存在的问题及相应解决方案。%Final account is over budget, budget is over final accounts, and budgetary estimate is over estimation in the process of coal mine construction, which is detrimental to the development of the coal construction. This paper introduced problems and corresponding solutions in civil engineering cost of coal mines.
