Discussion of coal mine development prospects of low-carbon economy

The article focuses on important of a low carbon economy development. Developing a low carbon economy as a coordinated social economy development. Energy security and the basic ways to address climate change, has been generally recognized around the world. The development of low-carbon economy, improving the proportion of renewable energy, can effectively reduce primary energy consumption of carbon emissions. CBM is the most used in today's society the value of new clean energy. Development and utilization of coal bed methane, for the protection of the coal mining safety, protecting the global environment, improve energy structure, ease the contradiction between energy supply and demand, and promote sustainable development, is of great significance.
