二氧化碳在生产者与消费者之间的分配——以中国电力系统为例

摘要

本文以中国电力系统为例,研究设立"电力CO<,2>分配系数",以将二氧化碳在生产者与消费者之间进行分配.本文推导了该系数的计算公式,计算回顾了1978年以来我国的基本情况,与世界一些国家进行了对比,分析了主要影响因素与改进效果,并对2015年、2020年的趋势进行了计算与预测.%The article illustrates how to allocate the carbon dioxide between the producer and the consumer by using allocate coefficient of carbon dioxide in electric power in China electric power system and finds out the calculation formula of the coefficient. It has calculated the basic information in China since 1978, and then conducted the comparison with other countries. The paper also analyzes the main influence factors and the improved results. The forecast and calculation have been made for the year of 2015 and 2020.
