近年来我国新能源消纳矛盾日益突出，新一轮电力市场化改革将为解决我国新能源消纳难题提供契机。国外电力市场在促进新能源发展和协调相关方诉求方面进行了大量探索，对我国电改新形势下市场设计有启示意义。本文在分析我国新一轮电力体制改革对新能源消纳要求的基础上，总结国外新能源参与电力市场模式，以及面临的问题和解决策略，提出促进我国新能源消纳的市场建设建议。%Renewable energy integration became an increasingly critical issue in China. The new round of power sector reform provides opportunities for tackling the renewable energy integration barriers. There has been lots of exploration in coordinating renewable energy and relevant stakeholders in the market context in other countries, which can provide some implications for market construction in China. This paper first analyzes the current situation of power sector reform and its requirements on renewable energy integration, then three modes of integrating renewable energy in a market context are summarized, both problems and solutions of other countries in integrating renewable energy are analyzed. Finally suggestions on market design that facilitate renewable energy integration in China are proposed.
