管控一体化是发电企业信息化发展的必然趋势

Based on the analysis of the existing problems of informatization for power generation enterprises, the paper puts forward the“Four Integrations” construction idea and construction contents innovatively. Meanwhile, the management and control integration construction profits are also analyzed. The paper could be an inspiration and guidance for managers of power generation enterprises, and constructors of informatization.%本文通过分析发电企业信息化建设方面的现状及存在的问题，创新地提出基于“四个一体化”的管控一体化的建设思路和建设内容，并对管控一体化建设效益进行分析，可为发电企业管理者和信息化建设者起到启迪和指导作用。
