列举了储能电站给电力系统中各方带来的诸多效益, 以某开展前期工作的江苏地区锂电池储能电站为例, 在给定的边界条件下, 按照《建设项目经济评价方法与参数》 (第三版) 评价其在削峰填谷的盈利模式情况下的经济可行性, 选择运行策略、初始投资成本、运营期限、度电补贴政策等因素进行敏感性分析, 并探讨影响储能产业发展的关键性因素, 给出相关应对建议.%This paper enumerated the benefits brought by the various parties of the energy storage power station in the power system.Taking a lithium battery energy storage power station in Jiangsu as an example, under the given boundary conditions, this paper evaluated its economic feasibility in the case of peak-cutting and valley-filling profit model according to"economic evaluation method and parameters of construction projects" (3rd Edition) .Sensitivity analysis was carried out by selecting factors such as operation strategy, initial investment cost, operation period and power subsidy policy etc, the key factors affecting the development of energy storage industry were discussed and the relevant suggestions were given.
