介绍了三峡左岸11#机组在推力头镜板装配后在机组运行过程中所产生的问题,通过分体分别加工的方式对推力头镜板装配进行返修,并给出了推力头修复、镜板修复及推力头镜板整体修复的工艺流程,实际应用结果表明,该方案能够使机组回装后继续稳定运行,为相似结构推力头镜板装配提供返修工艺参考。%Introduction was made to the problems produced in the operational process of generator set eleven in three gorges left bank after the thrust block runner plate assembled. By the way of artifactitious fission mode respectively, the assembly of thrust block runner plate was repaired. This paper gave the technological process of thrust block repair, runner plate repair and the entirety repair of thrust block runner plate. The practical application results show that this scheme can make the generator set continuously operate stably after the generator set re-assembled, which provides repairing technology reference for the assembly of thrust block runner plates with similar structure.
