电沉积制备汽车用高硬度镍-钨合金薄膜

     

摘要

Ni-W alloy films were prepared by plating technology on sott steel materials for automobiles.Ni-W alloys belonged to a kind of induced codeposition phenomenon.Increasing the concentration of sodium tungstate could be favorable to improve tungsten contents in the alloys that contributed to the increase of hardness.Nickel was face-centered cubic structure while tungsten was body centered cubic structure.Ni-W alloys with Ni17 W3 structure were a kind of solid solution.Tungsten occupied the lattice of nickel atoms to form lattice distortion,which would be obvious in the condition of higher tungsten contents.The lattice distortion helped to refine grain size and decrease surface roughness resulting in the improvement of mechanical performance.%使用电沉积技术在汽车软钢材料上电镀高硬度镍-钨合金薄膜.研究发现,镍-钨合金属于诱导共沉积.提高镀液中钨酸钠的浓度,有利于增大合金中钨的质量分数,从而显著提高合金的硬度.镍为面心立方结构,钨为体心立方结构,最终异常共沉积生成的Ni17W.是一种固溶体.钨原子占据了镍原子的晶格,形成晶格畸变.合金中钨的质量分数越高,晶格畸变越明显,有利于细化晶粒、降低粗糙度,从而提高合金的机械性能.
