The functional plating on the surface of TA15 titanium alloy was tested by combination of ion plating and electroplating techniques. A functional coating was obtained by the following steps: (1) alkaline degreasing and deoxidizing with HF-HC1-NaF solution; (2) deposition of Ti-Ni-Cu multilayer by ion plating; (3) acid copper electroplating; and (4) bright nickel or cyanide silver electroplating. The results of thermal shock and file tests showed that the adhesion of the coating to titanium alloy substrate is good.%采用离子镀技术和电沉积技术相结合的方法,对TA15钛合金表面进行功能性镀覆试验.首先碱液除油及以氢氟酸-盐酸-氟化钠溶液除氧化膜,然后用离子镀方法沉积Ti-Ni-Cu多层膜,再在镀酸铜的基础上电沉积亮镍或氰化镀银,从而获得功能性镀层.热震及锉刀试验结果表明,镀层附着力良好.
