户外钢结构用高光泽高硬度水性丙烯酸面漆的研制

摘要

研制了一种高光泽、高硬度和耐腐蚀性能优良的水性丙烯酸户外钢结构用面漆,讨论了成膜树脂种类以及成膜助剂、颜填料和分散剂的种类和用量对涂膜性能的影响.结果发现,选择聚氨酯改性苯丙乳液B作为成膜树脂,疏水分子改性羧酸钠盐A为分散剂(用量为0.4％),金红石型钛白粉C为颜填料(用量为14％),成膜助剂十二醇酯(Texanol)与二丙二醇丁醚(DPnB)用量均为4％时,所得漆膜的光泽度为74°,附着力0～1级,硬度H ～ 2H,正/反冲击强度为40/10 kg·cm,耐盐雾腐蚀时间达到330h,该水性丙烯酸面漆可用于户外钢结构的腐蚀防护.%A waterborne acrylic topcoat with high luster, high hardness, and excellent corrosion resistance was prepared for outdoor steel structures. The effects of the type of film-forming resin, as well as the variety and dosage of film-forming additives, pigment/filler, and dispersant on coating performance were discussed. It was found that the coating obtained with polyurethane-modified styrene acrylic emulsion B as film-forming resin, 0.4% hydrophobic molecule-modified sodium carboxylate A as dispersant, 14% rutile-type titania C as pigment/filler, and 4% Texanol and 4% DPnB (dipropylene glycol ?butyl ether) as film-forming additives has a luster of 74? adhesion strength 0-1 grade, pencil hardness H-2H, positiveegative impact strength 40/10 kg-cm, and salt spray corrosion resistance 330 h. The water-based acrylic topcoat can be used for corrosion protection of outdoor steel structures.
