光学仪器箱体用AZ91镁合金的耐蚀性涂装质量控制

         

摘要

According to the characteristics and application requirement of magnesium alloy parts for an optical system, a coating system comprising of H61-83 epoxy-organosilicon thermal-resistant primer and H61-32 epoxy-organosilicon thermal-resistant enamel (as topcoat) was ascertained. The coating process criterion was introduced. The quality control requirements of main working procedures were discussed, and the coating performance was tested. The results showed that the thickness of the coating on magnesium alloy surface is ca. 120 μm, and the coating quality is evaluated as 1 grade after 96 h neutral salt spray test and damp heat test, thus meeting the requirement of the optical system.%根据某光学系统镁合金零件的特点和使用要求,确定了由H61-83环氧有机硅耐热底漆和H61-32环氧有机硅耐热磁漆(为面漆)组成的涂层体系,介绍了其涂装工艺规范,探讨了主要工序的质量控制要求,检测了涂层的相关性能.结果表明,处理后镁合金表面涂层的厚度约为120 μm.经96 h盐雾试验和湿热试验检测后,涂层质量评级为1级,满足系统要求.
