光谱选择性散热涂层的制备及性能

         

摘要

分别用钴蓝和群青这两种蓝色颜料,制备了以苯丙乳液为成膜物质的光谱选择性散热涂层,采用紫外/可见/近红外分光光度计和红外辐射率测量仪考察了颜料种类及其用量对涂层性能的影响.通过自制装置测试了涂层的隔热性能及箱体中心的辐射热流.结果表明:群青涂层的隔热性能更好,在最优掺量均为5%的情况下,相比钴蓝涂层,其全波段平均反射比高14.91个百分点,平衡温度低2.3℃,辐射热流多降低了0.45个百分点.%A spectrally solar selective cool coating was prepared from styrene-acrylic emulsion with cobalt blue and ultramarine blue as pigment,respectively.The effects of type and content of pigment on properties of the coatings were studied by ultraviolet/visibleear infrared spectrophotometer and infrared radiometer.The heat insulation performance and radiant heat flux in the center of a chamber were tested by a home-made device.The result showed that the coating prepared with ultramarine blue has better heat insulation performance.When the optimal contents of both pigments are 5%,the average full-waveband reflectance of the coating prepared with ultramarine blue is 14.91 percentage points higher,as well as its equilibrium temperature is 2.3 ℃ lower and radiant heat flux is 0.45 percentage points lower as compared with that of the coating prepared with cobalt blue.
