基于图像处理的PCB自动检测系统的设计与研究

     

摘要

研究一种高精度、大场景、快速实时的PCB缺陷自动光学检测系统,分别进行了硬件结构和软件系统的设计。该系统主要由二维运动平台、电机控制模块、图像采集模块、图像处理模块、结果分析模块组成。改进的步进电机驱动方式——细分驱动以及改进的图像识别算法保证了系统的准确率,一键式自动检测的设计提高了检测速度。实验结果证明,该系统能快速并准确的检测出PCB上的缺陷,有一定的实用和开发价值。%A high precision,large scene and rapid real-time PCB defects automatic optical inspection system is designed.Hardware structure and software system is respectively carried on the design.The system mainly consists of two-dimensional motion platform,electromotor control subsystem,image acquisition subsystem,image processing subsystem and result analysis subsystem.The improved mode of stepper motor drive--Subdivision drive and the improved image recognition algorithm can ensure the accuracy of the system.The design of one-button automatic detection can increase the detection speed.The result of experiment indicated that the system can quickly and accurately detect the defects of the PCB,and the system has practical and development value.
