基于信号完整性的高速数据采集存储器PCB设计与仿真

         

摘要

本文研究一种采样速率达到100MSPS能放置到小口径高炮弹丸内的高速数据采集系统,对该高速数据采集存储器进行了高速PCB设计。由于高速PCB存在着电磁兼容、电源完整性以及信号完整性问题,为此,本文采用"HyperLynx"软件对该数据采集存储器进行了布线前后的信号完整性仿真分析。根据布线前的完整性分析提供了PCB设计准则,在PCB布线完成后,对其再次进行信号完整性仿真分析,仿真结果表明,该系统的传输信号边缘较光滑、无明显过冲、下冲、振铃现象,符合信号完整性要求。%In this paper, a high-speed data acquisition system, sampling rate of which can be up to 100MSPS, can be placed within a small caliber antiaircraft artillery projectile, and it is designed by high-speed PCB. But because electromagnetic compatibility problems, power integrity problems and signal integrity problems, use the software "HyperLynx" to simulate signal Integrity before and after wiring for the memory. The Integrity analysis of pre-wiring provide PCB design guidelines, when the PCB wiring is completed, analyzing the signal integrity simulation again, the simulation results show that the system's transmission signals edge smooth, no overshoot, no undershoot, no ringing, which meet signal integrity requirements.
