Currently the increasing proportion of new generational knowledge staffs play a crucial role in the development of SMES.Besides affirming the necessity of material incentives,the author also tries to explore a non-material incentives mode combined with SME’s situation and characters of the new generational knowledge staffs.% 目前新生代知识型员工占中小型企业员工总数的比例不断上升,对中小型企业的发展起到至关重要的作用。笔者在肯定新生代知识型员工物质激励必要性的前提下,结合中小企业的实际和新生代知识型员工的特性,力求探寻中小企业新生代知识型员工的非物质激励模式。
