系统化护理在前置胎盘孕妇期待疗法中的应用价值分析

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of systematic nursing in expectant therapy for pregnant women with placenta previa.Methods Eighty-two pregnant women with placenta previa treated with expectant therapy in our hospital were included in this study.They were randomly divided into nursing group and control group with 41 cases in each group.Nursing group: systematic nursing; control group: routine nursing.Results Pregnancy outcome comparison: nursing group higher than the control group;Comparison of clinical indicators: the nursing group was superior to the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical effect of systematic nursing in expectant therapy for pregnant women with placenta previa is significant, which can improve the score of neonates and the rate of natural birth.%目的 探讨前置胎盘孕妇期待疗法中实施系统化护理的临床效果.方法 纳入本院收治的行期待疗法前置胎盘孕妇82例作为研究对象,随机分为护理组和对照组各41例,护理组:系统化护理,对照组:常规护理,对比两组妊娠结局、临床指标.结果 妊娠结局对比:护理组高于对照组;临床指标对比:护理组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 前置胎盘孕妇期待疗法中实施系统化护理的临床效果显著,既可改善新生儿评分,又可提高顺产率,值得借鉴.
