以模拟教学为基础的人文教育在妇产科见习的应用

     

摘要

目的 在妇产科见习中应用模拟教学为基础的人文教学方法,探讨该教学方法在妇产科临床教学应用的可行性.方法 按不同教学方法,将研究对象随机分为对照组及实验组.实验组采用以模拟教学为基础的人文教育的教学方法.结果 实验组学生对课堂教学效果满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组临床技能和医患沟通能力高于对照组(P<0.05).%]Objective To apply the humanistic teaching method based on Simulation Teaching in gynecology and obstetrics probation,and to explore the feasibility of the application of this teaching method in gynecology and obstetrics clinical teaching.Methods A total of 229 five-year clinical medical students of grade 2015 in Guangxi Medical University were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group adopted the teaching method of humanities education based on Simulation teaching.Results The satisfaction of students in the experimental group is higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the clinical skills and patient communication abilities in the experimental group are higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
