探讨早孕期剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床分析及病理特点

摘要

Objective To study the clinical type of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Choosed 39 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy patients from May. 2011 to Feb. 2014 to retrospective analyze. Results The age of incidence of patients was (34.2±4.7) years old, menelipsis time was (53.7±8.5) days. The symptoms were irregular vaginal bleeding. The accuracy rate of B ultrasound diagnosis was 87.18%. There is gap of muscular tissue, pathologic scar uterus smooth muscle tissue can be seen not complete. Conclusion The pathological characteristics of cesarean scar pregnancy is gaps in muscular tissue to diagnose by magnetic resonance.%目的：分析研究早孕期剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床特征。方法选取2011年3月～2014年2月我院接收的患有剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的患者39例，对相关临床资料进行回顾性分析，对其病理特征给予探讨。结果本文患者的平均发病年龄（34.2±4.7）岁，平均停经时间（53.7±8.5）天，其症状以阴道不规则流血为主。B超诊断共有34例，诊断准确率为87.18%。磁共振能够区分其不同分型。病理学检查可以看见瘢痕处子宫平滑肌组织不完整，肌层组织当中存在缝隙。结论剖宫产瘢痕妊娠内生型和外生型的病理特征有所差异，引发剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的重要诱因为瘢痕处肌层当中存在缝隙。磁共振检查能够明确其分型，病理学检查能够确定诊断。
