青木香及冠心苏合丸系列药材Beagle犬安全性评价研究

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the Aristolochia debilis coronary heart Suhe pill series of drug toxicity, provide experimental data for clinical toxicity of Inula replace Aristolochia debilis.Methods: Radix Aristolochiae coronary heart Suhe pill series of drugs by Beagle dog chronic toxicity test.Results: Radix Aristolochiae Wacom heart Suhe pill (containing Aristolochia debilis) group of animal produce signiifcant hematological toxicity, immunity toxicity and reproductive toxicity; the other group of low toxicity and reversible.Conclusion:Radix Aristolochiae Wacom heart Suhe pill (containing Aristolochia debilis) has strong toxicity, cannot continue to use in clinic; Radix Inulae can replace Aristolochia debilis in Guanxinsuhe pills. Keywords Saussurea Costus Guanxinsuhe pills soil toxicity of aristolochic acid.%目的：评价青木香及冠心苏合丸系列药材的毒性，为临床土木香替代青木香提供毒性实验数据。方法：对青木香及冠心苏合丸系列药材进行Beagle犬长期毒性实验。结果：青木香和冠心苏合丸(含青木香)组动物产生明显的血液系统毒性、免疫系统毒性和生殖系统毒性；其他组毒性很小且可逆。结论：青木香和冠心苏合丸(含青木香)具有强烈的毒性，不能在临床上继续使用；土木香可以替代青木香在冠心苏合丸中使用。
