Objective: To evaluate the Aristolochia debilis coronary heart Suhe pill series of drug toxicity, provide experimental data for clinical toxicity of Inula replace Aristolochia debilis.Methods: Radix Aristolochiae coronary heart Suhe pill series of drugs by Beagle dog chronic toxicity test.Results: Radix Aristolochiae Wacom heart Suhe pill (containing Aristolochia debilis) group of animal produce signiifcant hematological toxicity, immunity toxicity and reproductive toxicity; the other group of low toxicity and reversible.Conclusion:Radix Aristolochiae Wacom heart Suhe pill (containing Aristolochia debilis) has strong toxicity, cannot continue to use in clinic; Radix Inulae can replace Aristolochia debilis in Guanxinsuhe pills.
