美罗培南治疗儿童重症细菌感染的评价

摘要

目的：对美罗培南在儿童重症细菌感染中的治疗效果予以探讨。方法随机选取我院2012年1月～2014年12月间收治的儿童重症细菌感染患者100例，所有患者应用美罗培南开展治疗，对患者的临床资料予以回顾分析。结果通过为患者开展治疗，患者的临床治疗总有效率为82.0%，具有良好的临床治疗效果。结论将美罗培南应用于儿童重症细菌感染的治疗中，能够取得良好的临床治疗效果，值得在临床应用中推广。%Objective To explore the effect of meropenem in the treatment of severe bacterial infections in children.Methods Randomly selected in our hospitalFrom 2012 January to 2014 December between children with severe bacterial infections in 100 patients.
