Objective To analysis the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention in severe neonatal asphyxia.Methods A total of 20 cases of severe neonatal asphyxia were accepted with targeted nursing intervention in our department. Analysis the rescue success rate, complications and hospitalization time, Apgar score. Results The success rate of rescue was 90.23%. The complication rate was 11.24%. The average Apgar score was (5.88+1.53) (whin born 1 min) and (9.61+0.49) (whin born 10 min). The average length of time was 87.23%(1~28)d and 12.77% (28~56)d.Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention of severe neonatal asphyxia on the basis of routine care can significantly improve the survival rate and reduce the complications.%目的 分析对重度窒息新生儿行针对性护理干预后的效果.方法 对我科收治的重度窒息新生儿共20例行针对性干预护理.考察抢救成功率、并发症、Apgar评分和住院时间.结果 抢救成功率90.23%,并发症发生率11.24%.Apgar评分出生1 min内和出生10 min内,平均为(5.88±1.53)分和(9.61±0.49)分.结论 对重度窒息新生儿在常规护理基础上行针对性干预护理可显著提高存活率和减少并发症.
