妇产科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的血管介入治疗

摘要

目的 对妇产科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的血管介入治疗的疗效进行分析和探讨.方法 以本院15例妇产科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成患者作为研究对象.在数字减影血管造影(DSA)监视下,让患者保持平卧位,通过对Seldinger技术的利用在患者患肢的股动脉当中将导管置入,与微量注射泵持续溶栓相连接.结果 在经过精心的治疗之后,15例患者当中痊愈7例,显效5例,有效3例,总有效率100%.结论 血管介入治疗是针对妇产科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成进行治疗的有效方式,具有明显的疗效,值得在临床上推广和应用.%Objective Vascular surgery Obstetrics deep venous thrombosis interventional clinical effects of treatment were analyzed and discussed.Methods 15 cases of obstetrics and gynecology hospital postoperative deep venous thrombosis in patients as research subjects.In DSA monitoring,allowing patients to maintain the supine position,through the use of the Seldinger technique in which patients with limb femoral artery catheter insertion,and the syringe pump continuously connected thrombolysis.Results After careful treatment,in 15 patients,7 patients were cured,5 cases markedly effective three cases, the total efficiency of 100%.Conclusion Endovascular therapy for postoperative deep venous thrombosis Obstetrics form an effective way to treat and have a significant effect,worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
