胫骨骨折锁定钢板外固定治疗的围手术期护理体会

摘要

目的：胫骨骨折锁定钢板外固定治疗的围手术期护理分析。方法选取2004年10月～2014年10月在我院接受锁定钢板外固定治疗的胫骨骨折患者78例，对其进行症围术期临床护理。结果胫骨骨折患者78例锁定钢板外固定治疗均成功，对患者出院1年内进行随访，并未出现外固定物松动、钉道感染等较严重的并发症。结论对胫骨骨折的患者接受锁定钢板外固定治疗后进行围手术期护理，能够有效提高治愈率，值得在临床上推广应用。%ObjectiveTibial fracture of locking ifxation for the treatment of peri operation period nursing of steel plates.MethodsFrom 2004 October to 2014 October, in our hospital, locking plate and external ifxation for the treatment of tibial fractures in 78 patients, the disease of perioperative clinical nursing.Results78 patients with tibial fractures with locking plate and external ifxation for the treatment of the patients were successfully discharged, within one year of follow-up, did not appear external fixator loosening, nail tract infection and other severe complications.ConclusionFor tibial fracture patients receiving locking plate external ifxation after peri operation period nursing, can effectively improve the cure rate, and worth of clinical application.
